Monroe Consulting Group, an executive search firm, is hiring on behalf of a largest banks in the world by assets, with a very strong presence both domestically in China and internationally. Our client is seeking a HR & Admin Senior Specialist. This is an onsite role is based in Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assists the HR&Admin Dept. Head with all the daily operations of the Dept.
  2. Assists in Administrating HR functions, including but not limited to: recruiting, attendance and leave management, compensation and benefits, JD management, training management, etc, ensures legal compliance throughout HR Management.
  3. Assists in processing 9G visa and other-related Immigration matters.
  4. Ensures that all the bank permits such as Business Permits, Fire Safety Certificates, and other related clearances from the local government are renewed/updated on time and will not incur penalties.
  5. Responsible in managing all the documents in the file room and coordinate with each department for archiving procedure.
  6. Assists in preparing and ensuring that the regulatory reports of HRAD, such as BSP reports, SEC, GIS ,BIR reports are properly and timely submitted.
  7. Assists the HR&Admin Dept. Head with the facilities and outsource management.
  8. Drafts minutes of the EC meeting.
  9. Other related works assigned by the Dept. Head.
  10. Act as the Role B designated by the Department Head.


Qualifications Required:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or above.
  2. Major in Psychology, HR Development Management, Administration Management or other related fields.
  3. Possess all the requirements from Regulatory or Laws, including integrity /probity, education /training, and possession of competencies relevant to the function such as knowledge and experience, skills and diligence.
  4. Familiar with the Philippine Labor Law and other DOLE regulations.
  5. Has more than 6 years experience in HR&Admin area.


Qualifications Preferred:

  1. Has more than 3 years experience as an HR&Admin Officer/Supervisor level.
  2. Experience in processing payroll is preferred.
  3. Experience in Banking industry is preferred.


Skills Required:

  1. Well versed in all the HR facets or areas of HR.
  2. Knowledgeable in MS Office and other related tools/applications.
  3. Proficient in English
