Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the heavy equipment, machinery, and related industries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, dealers, vendors, and equipment distributors.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of proven sales experience in leasing, financing, or heavy equipment/machinery industry.
  • Strong network within construction, mining, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of leasing/financing products and risk assessment processes.
  • Leadership and team management skills (for Manager level).
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations.
