Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the heavy equipment, machinery, and related industries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, dealers, vendors, and equipment distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of proven sales experience in leasing, financing, or heavy equipment/machinery industry.
- Strong network within construction, mining, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of leasing/financing products and risk assessment processes.
- Leadership and team management skills (for Manager level).
- Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations.
