Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational company in building material. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in human resources for the job of HR & GA Manager. The job is based in Bogor, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates relating to Compensation and Benefit, General Affairs, Recruitment & Selection, also participate in annual budget planning.
  • Make and prepare Salary Structure for all position and functions.
  • Prepare, manage, update, and analyse HR Policies and its procedures.
  • Knowledgeable in Industrial Relation area, familiar handle external parties such as Government (Depnaker/Disnaker) and Labor Union also build the harmonious relationship with the Management and employee.
  • Responsible to oversee and direct payroll activities and ensure compliance with laws and tax obligation.
  • Responsible to provide the best service in terms of general facilities such as transportation, telecommunication, uniforms etc.
  • Support the sustainability and effectiveness of Company Creative Lab (Showroom) in all area an Indonesia: Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Balikpapan, and Medan.
  • Support management by providing HR advice, counsel and decisions, analysing information and solving HR Problems.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient process and administration of employment and orientation, benefit administration, compensation management, employee performance and other critical HR functions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Law or Human Resource Management or Psychology or others related background from reputable university.
  • Having minimum 10 years' experience in Human Resources area with minimum 5 years as HR Manager.
  • Expertise in Salary Structure, ever participate to HR Consulting Firm is preferable
  • Ever handle all matters in Industrial Relation, Labor Law, also Expatriate administration, its procedure and legacy.
  • Fluent in English and Skilful in Computer program.
  • Willing to be based in Bogor
