Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of an oil & gas company. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8 years of strong experience in human resources development divisions. This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage company-wide HR development programs which aim to further develop and improve organization and people capability within the company,
- Manage on organization development and adjustments that may be conducted through various initiatives,
- Manage and monitor people development agenda through various training programs for both technical and behaviour competencies,
- Design and lead the development of organization succession planning program including its policy, manage and monitor the implementation of Performance Management Program,
- Manage and monitor the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures,
- Managing team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any discipline,
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resource in which minimum 5 years in organization development and preferably coming from Oil and Gas,
- Strong leadership and good communication skills
- Proficient in English
