Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a medical contributor group of companies here in the Philippines. Our client is looking for a Human Resources Manager, preferably female, with expertise in labor laws, hospital operations, and organizational culture. The role involves proactive communication, fair leadership, and strategic reporting to top management for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a knack for personnel development, and be based in San Pedro, Laguna.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience and knowledge about labor laws and labor relations.
  2. Familiarity with hospital operations, business management frameworks, and organizational culture.
  3. Proactively and tactfully interactive and communicative.
  4. Assertive, objective, fair, critical thinker, open-minded, and flexible in management style.
  5. Excellent leadership, motivational, and persuasive skills.

  7. Capable of regular and systematic reporting to top management on crucial HR management and development topics.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
