We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist Manager to join a fast-growing technology-driven company. This role will be responsible for leading HR operations and initiatives across recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance, while working closely with regional teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, payroll, and employee relations.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are aligned with local labor laws and company standards.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain HRIS systems and generate HR reports to support decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, Indonesian labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment such as tech, fintech, or multinational companies is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English; ability to work effectively with regional or global teams.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment.
