The position will be responsible for serving as the driving force behind all facets of HR functions as well as setting goals for the management and development of human resources within the company


Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement strategies and policies for successful human resource management and development.
  • Supervise the analysis of the current suitability of structures and systems, and propose organizational structures, position-level structures, salary structures, compensation, and benefits systems.
  • Manage, monitor, and oversee activities related to staffing management, recruitment, hiring, salary management, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, and information technology tasks for human resource management and development (HRIS) to ensure alignment with goals, policies, and established plans.
  • Manage, monitor, and oversee the accuracy and timeliness of payroll, compensation, benefits, and welfare payments.
  • Ensure that the organization maintains a human resource management and development system that retains knowledgeable, skilled, and competent personnel with attitudes and values aligned with business needs.
  • Report on the status, future trends, issues, and solutions regarding human resource management and development to senior management for decision-making and policy formulation.
  • Facilitate understanding among various departments to collaborate effectively in human resource management operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Experience in Human Resource Management and Development (HRM&HRD)
  • Experience in management or team leadership.
  • Process knowledge in personnel development, Data analysis skills, Communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Coordination skills and presentation skills. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
