Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Mechanical Piping Company for the role of Inside Sales Manager with at least 5-10 years experience in the field.

Job Description :

  • Drive inside sales business and processes. Build inside sales team, coach, train, evaluate and monitor inside sales performance. Build technical competence of inside sales team. Drive different sales initiative.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products, Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement and Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports, suggest improvements.
  • Drive improvement in proposal process. Improved turn-around time. Manage quotation database and provide analysis to management. Work with finance, operation & SSC teams to coordinate production planning & deliveries.
  • Set and track sales targets and KPIs. Ensure sales, finance, budget, legal policies and procedures are met. Coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines.
  • Manage all customer communications, addressing needs in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Manage and overview of customer support teams. Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Formulating and revising customer support policies and promote their implementation.
  • Manage the team to provide application support to sales team. Drive new business initiative. Make technical presentation. Study and analysis new market opportunity

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in management or engineering (mechanical/industry).
  • Experience in commercial/sales environment and a solid technical knowledge.
  • Able to read/write technical drawing/design.
  • Computer literate, CRM Knowledge.
  • Excellent in interpersonal, team management, presentation & communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational mand negotiation skills
