Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting on behalf of a healthcare company that commenced its operations in the Philippines in 2020. They are a provider of dialysis services, dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care.

Job Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's technology infrastructure and systems, ensuring reliable and secure IT operations across all dialysis centers and corporate offices. This role involves the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions to support patient care, data security, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement the company's IT roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements (e.g., DOH, PhilHealth, HIPAA where applicable).
  • Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.

Systems Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operation and support of core systems including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and HRIS.
  • Ensure optimal uptime and performance of medical devices connected to IT systems.
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Network & Infrastructure

  • Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including network administration, server management, and cloud services.
  • Ensure secure connectivity across multiple branches, including remote dialysis centers.

Data Privacy & Security

  • Ensure compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and healthcare-specific regulations.
  • Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats, conduct regular audits, and update IT security protocols.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors and service providers.
  • Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and value delivery.

Technical Support & Training

  • Oversee IT helpdesk operations, ensuring timely support for employees and clinicians.
  • Conduct user training for new systems and upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of IT experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Preferably with experience in healthcare IT systems
  • Knowledge of Philippine Data Privacy Act and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
