Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Food Manufacturer. Our respective client is looking for a Junior Key Accounts Manager to oversee sales operations in the Modern Trade channel. This is a field-based role, with one position available for Metro Manila and another for Central Luzon (Tarlac).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the Modern Trade.
  • Ensure that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and/or exceeded.
  • Establish, maintain and acquire new customers to increase business opportunities.
  • Hire, develop and motivate sales personnel.
  • Required skill(s): Selling, Accounts Management, Negotiation.

Key job qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or key account management
  • Strong background in Modern Trade and familiarity with the area/accounts
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Willingness to do field work
