Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading National Engineering Consultancies company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in Electrical Panel for the job of Manufacturing Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Report directly to the Technical Director
- Create and update production schedule and manpower planning regularly to project team and Management
- Task management for workshop and site personnels (who doing what, where, and when)
- Coordinate with Project Team for logistics (loading/unloading) as well as receiving/delivery of goods
- Responsible for all materials and tools at Workshop (components, installation materials, etc.)
- Create and implement SOP for works, logistics, QC, and HSE in Workshop
- Submit weekly report to Management
- Coordinate with GA and IT to maintain Workshop facility
- Manage budget within Workshop Operation
- Manage cost centre/timesheet for workshop personnel utilization
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience, including 2 years in managerial positions
- Manufacturing in electrical panel experience is a must
- Familiarity with national / international electrical standards
- Team leading experience is a must
- Engineering experience in production/assembly line
