Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Hospital Provider. Our client is seeking for Marketing Manager position. This job will be based in South TangerangTangerang, Indonesia.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hospital services, programs, and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the healthcarehealthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital content, and advertisements.
  • Manage the hospital's online presence, including website content, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate community outreach events, health fairs, and educational seminars to increase brand awareness and engage with the local community.
  • AnalyzeAnalyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for optimizationoptimization.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencersinfluencers to generate positive publicity for the hospital.
  • Stay informed about healthcarehealthcare regulations and compliance standards to ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorshipmentorship to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HealthcareHealthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcarehealthcare industry (Hospital/Pharmaceutical/Medical Device)
  • Strong understanding of healthcarehealthcare terminology, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex healthcarehealthcare concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analyticsanalytics.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis techniques to inform strategic decision-making.
