Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a reputable private healthcare provider with a strong presence in Indonesia. Our client is seeking a Medical Services Manager to lead clinical service operations, ensuring high standards of medical care, operational efficiency, and alignment with the organization'sorganization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operations of medical services, including outpatient clinics, specialist services, and physician practice management.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient clinical services in accordance with hospital standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders to optimizeoptimize service delivery, patient flow, and clinical performance.
  • Develop and implement clinical operational strategies, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor performance indicators, service utilizationutilization, and operational effectiveness to achieve organizationalorganizational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical governance requirements.
  • Lead and manage medical staff coordination, scheduling, and performance to support excellent patient care.

Key Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (MD) with an active medical license (STRSTR); postgraduate qualification in Hospital Management or Healthcare Management is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5-85-8 years of experience in hospital or clinical operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Solid understanding of clinical operations, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
  • Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
