Our respected client is looking for an experienced Member Service Representative who will be responsible in providing professional and pleasant face to face engagement with Members and Customers of the organisation. Work setup is On-site, and office is based in BGC Taguig, Philippines.
Key job responsibilities include:
* Provide professional and pleasant face to face engagement with Members and Customers.
* Process all orders, request, inquiries and complaints accurately and in a timely manner
* Submits daily reconciliation sales report and required reports to Supervisor for review and approval
* Ensure that all transactions are recorded, attended to and tracked for proper monitoring
* Conducts member education on marketing plan, company rules of conduct and policies
* Perform all other activities that may be assigned from time to time.
Key job qualifications include:
* College graduate with at least 6 months customer service work experience.
* Excellent customer service, problem solving and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and E-mail).
* Ability to organise workload for effective implementation
* Detailed and result oriented.
* Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
* Ability to function as an effective team member
