On behalf of a leading multinational construction consulting company, Monroe Consulting Group is looking for a talented Business Analyst who has experience in the implementation and maintenance of Oracle applications.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements or optimizations.
- Configure Oracle ERP modules, mainly the Financial Module, to meet business needs.
- Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards as required.
- Create comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.
- Collaborate with Oracle support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in periodic system upgrades and enhancements.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience as Business Analyst/Functional Consultant in Oracle Implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
- Strong English skills (communication & written)
