Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Oil & Gas Component Manufacturer Company for the role of Payroll & Personel Admin Manager. The job description will be as follow :
- Preparing the reports for quarterly, yearly and weekly reports
- Review company policies and procedures.
- Make sure account balances
- Resolve payroll errors
- Ensure that payroll goes out in timely manner
- Ensuring records and processes should comply with company and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and accounting to verify employee data and accounts.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Payroll
- Have a great understanding on compliance issue
- Knowledge of general payroll practices, procedures, operations and legislation
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details and level of accuracy
- Ability to work with a broader team
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Advanced computer software skills, Word and Excel and other accounting/payroll packages
- Good in Excel
- Strong in C&B concept and budgeting
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (poin plus)
