Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Industrial Division is partnered with a global leader in the manufacture of polymer materials. They are seeking for an exceptional engineer with at least 3 years' experience in Production Engineering in Manufacturing environment. The job is based in Negeri Sembilan.
The successful Applicant will help our clients managing shift operation following production plan and machine setup as per specification. They will report to a Production Manager and will be responsible in decision making with support from engineers and executives.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible to check and monitor daily production operation
- Monitor on waste & recycle and take appropriate actions to avoid high rejection
- Responsible to optimize production setting to improve output and efficiency
- Responsible to ensure all products meet the quality specification
- Plan and organize simple on-the-job training to all production members
- Continue to motivate and grow the team. Manage the attendance, disciplinary and counselling
- Job delegation and follow up to ensure effective resources utilization
- Any other duty or task assign by Head of Department or management from time to time
Job requirements:
- At least diploma/bachelor's degree in science, industrial technology or engineering
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment
- Able to work in rotating shift
- Able to work as a team with minimum supervision
- Able to speak and write well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be able to work in Negeri Sembilan
