Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with one of the biggest technology company in Indonesia. Our client is looking for a QA Manager to be placed in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job responsibilities:
- Build and enhance QA infrastructure and automation tools.
- Build and manage a group of QA engineers, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members.
- Work closely with Engineering & Product Management teams to ensure alignment of objectives, test coverage and timelines.
Job requirements:
- >5 years of experience as a QA with minimum 2 years of experience as a manager.
- Strong experience in Automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, Cucumber, Katalon, JMeter, K6, and Robot Framework.
- Well experienced in QA testing: test case creation, reporting, bug reporting, bug life cycle.
- Proven experience in experience in Agile/Scrum development process, SDLC, Creating Test Cases and programming language.
