Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment firm, is recruiting on behalf of a leading hospital in Bandung. As part of its continued growth and focus on strengthening referral networks, our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Referral Department Head to drive referral development, partnership expansion, and revenue growth across the hospital's key service lines.
This position will be based in Bandung, with regular external engagement and stakeholder visits.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Referral Department to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual referral and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute referral strategies to strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, healthcare providers, and corporate partners.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with referring physicians, healthcare institutions, and key medical stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with Medical, Sales & Marketing, and Operational teams to ensure seamless referral processes and patient experience.
- Monitor referral performance, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize referral conversion and contribution.
- Organize and oversee referral engagement activities, including doctor visits, medical gatherings, and professional events.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations in all referral activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the referral team to improve productivity, relationship management, and execution excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field (medical background is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital referral management, medical marketing, or business development within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in building and managing referral networks and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to engage in frequent external meetings and field activities.
