Sales Account Manager, Visayas/Mindanao, Philippines

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a Swiss-based global leader in measurement instrumentation, services, and solutions for industrial engineering. Our respected client is seeking a Sales Account Manager

Key job responsibilities include:
* The Sales Account Manager will promote and sell company's products, solutions and services in the assigned area of responsibility
* Establish meaningful, measurable and achievable goals and objectives for the sales function within the assigned area of responsibility
* Develop action plans and execute those plans in the pursuit of growth in sales in the assigned territory
* Manage own territory with regular face to face and phone contact with all clients
* Active participation in the team through attendance at Sales & Marketing meetings and contributes to team objectives where necessary
* Execution of seminars for customers
* Support of Internal Sales Engineers (ISEs) in daily business
* Support in logistical matters e.g. order processing and commercial topics e.g. payment conditions, contract reviews and so on
* Act as the interface between customers in the assigned territory, Philippines and International
* Responsible for Order Entry, Net Sales, and Gross Profit for the assigned area of responsibility
* Strong understanding of market, competitors and territory.
* Identify new opportunities, projects and customers
* Implementation of an efficient reporting system according to requirements, e.g., Salesforce.com
* Other reasonable tasks and activities as may be assigned/required by the
employee's direct supervisor

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g. Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Controls Engineering)
* MBA is a plus
* Minimum 5 years of industrial selling experiences in VisMin
* Strong communication skills with customer orientation & entrepreneurial mindset
* Experiences on selling process instrumentation is a plus
* Good knowledge in SAP & Salesforce is a plus
* Enthusiastic, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
* Proficiency in English, native speaker of Cebuano; knowledge of Hiligaynon is a plus
