Job responsibilities:
- Utilize e-katalog expertise to manage and update product listings, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is available for potential clients.
- Efficiently process sales orders, including verification, documentation, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive client relationship.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate activities, provide necessary administrative support, and ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and relevant information in the database.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, contracts, and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, assist in stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, preferably in the Multinational Medical Device Companies.
- Proficiency in using e-katalog systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with medical device products and terminology is a plus.
