Our client provides innovative cloud-based solutions that help organisations transform their HR processes and drive operational efficiency. They are seeking a Sales Director to lead their growth in Thailand, working with enterprise and mid-market clients.


As Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a strong sales pipeline, and establishing lasting relationships with key decision-makers. This is a high-impact role where you will shape the company's market presence, influence strategic sales initiatives, and collaborate closely with regional leadership to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies for enterprise and mid-market clients in Thailand.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through direct prospecting and partner channels.
  • Lead strategic conversations with senior executives to understand business needs and propose value-driven solutions.
  • Build strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships and referrals.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, acting as a thought leader and brand ambassador.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Experience managing both direct sales and partner ecosystems.
  • Comfortable with flexible work arrangements and travel.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, time management, and organization.
  • Ability to understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and business leaders.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of building new business initiatives.
  • Fluency in Thai and English.
