Our respected client is a leading provider of cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, enabling enterprises across Asia to reimagine the future of work with cutting-edge technology. To support their rapid growth in Thailand, they are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end HCM solution implementations and drive successful client transformations.

The Engagement Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of tech solutions in Thailand, ensuring seamless delivery across modules. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle from discovery and requirement gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving stakeholder alignment, governance, and adoption while mitigating risks and ensuring timely project delivery. Working closely with internal product and technical teams, the Engagement Manager will play a key role in ensuring successful client transformation and long-term satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities

  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • Facilitate discovery sessions to capture business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.

  • Manage key stakeholders across clients.

  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

  • Monitor project health metrics, maintain comprehensive documentation, manage change requests, and ensure deliverables are met.

  • Partner with product and technical teams to support integration, data migration, and reporting requirements.

  • Lead user training programs, drive change management initiatives, and ensure client readiness for successful adoption.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in tech implementation.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile CSM are highly desirable.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in project planning tools (JIRA, Zoho Projects, MS Project) and the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Solid knowledge of data migration, APIs, and proficiency with Excel, SQL, and related tools.

  • Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver projects effectively within demanding timelines.
