Sales Engineer - EPC
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company with a core focus EPC Services/Construction. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a sales professional with at least 5+ years experience in EPC/Construction. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- To anticipate, prepare and attend trade shows, conferences, and other important events for business in Indonesia
- Provide updated information regarding sales leads submission, contract negotiations and projects execution
- To regularly provide detailed and accurate schedule for budgets preparation, detailed offers
- experience throughout the sales process
- Responsible of establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining positive customer
- To understand Customers' needs and obtain all relevant information related to the projects
- reports further to each meeting
- Visit customers, prepare and conduct technical and commercial presentations and to produce
- Find and develop new projects
Job Requirements:
- Having minimum, a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Evidence at least 5 years experience in construction/civil engineering industry
- Results-oriented with strong analytic skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Having strong networking within Contractors and Designers networks
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to sale technical solutions to technical and non-technical Customers
