Job Summary:

  • The Sales Manager seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth within the construction sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and achieving ambitious sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction market.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and government agencies.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, presentations, and industry events.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the construction industry.
  • Proposal Development: Oversee the development of compelling and competitive proposals, bids, and presentations that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead and participate in negotiations with clients to secure contracts and achieve favorable terms.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales revenue, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering (Civil, Construction Management, etc.), or a related field
