Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on industrial estate. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least ten years' experience in Industrial Estate for the job of Sales Manager. The job is based in Cikarang, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity.
  • Assigned to manage Industrial market in Indonesia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships towards clients.
  • Lead negotiations and ensuring favourable terms for clients and the
  • Use data analysis to make informed decisions on pricing and sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.
  • Overlooking day-to-day business process and in collaboration with the operation team to identify potential client and provide a recommendation for improvements.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant major from reputable university
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in Industrial Estate
  • Proven track record of successful placements in property sales and industrial estate
  • Deep understanding of the industrial estate market, property values, and market trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Logical and analytical skills.
