Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational FMCG company. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to the full lifecycle of SAP FICO or SAP PP implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprint creation, configuration, testing (UAT), go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Analyze and optimize business processes by implementing solutions within the SAP FICO, SAP PP.
- Configure SAP modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with the client's business processes.
- Perform system integration testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the smooth transition to new systems.
- Provide end-user training and create documentation to support SAP system usage post-go-live.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Manage and resolve any configuration, process, or system issues, and handle change requests efficiently.
- Support data migration, reporting requirements, and system interfaces as needed.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, specializing in SAP FICO or SAP PP modules.
- Proven experience in completing at least one full cycle SAP implementation (end-to-end).
- Strong understanding of business processes related to finance, procurement, and inventory management, depending on specialization.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- SAP certification in FICO or PP is a plus.
