As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least twenty years' experience in manufacturing in a multinational company for the job of Senior Manager Project Management. The job is based in Cibitung, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Direct reporting to Operation Director
- Manage a production, engineering, and quality team
- Provide functional support and technical advice to the operations team
- Manage Service & Delivery stage process to the customer
- Develop project document as customer requirement
- Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing and engineering team
- Monitoring budget and costing in manufacturing and project services
- Overview project and production between manufacturing and SCM delivery to the customer
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least twenty years' experience in manufacturing process
- Experienced in managing production, quality, and engineering team
- Good leadership and developing others
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time management / strong ability to manage to deadlines
- Good problem-solving approach
- Effective relationship management and communication skills
- Able to give and receive feedback, effective communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills
- Willing to work in Cibitung, Indonesia
