Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Executive have a strong background in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership. This role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and enhance our brand's presence in the market.
Key job responsibilities include:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Campaign Management:
- Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.)
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including content, graphics, and videos
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools
- Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance and suggest improvements
Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and market presence
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Track expenditures and ensure cost-effective marketing strategies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial position
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media advertising)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
