Job Overview:
As the Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing clients while also driving new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and capable of navigating the full sales cycle with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in Indonesia through both account management and new business development.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Promote the full product portfolio, aligning solutions with client needs and business goals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from presales to post-sales, including coordination with internal departments and credit control.
- Negotiate trade terms and margins to secure win-win outcomes for the company and clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM data to support informed sales decisions and account strategies.
- Stay engaged with clients to identify opportunities for added value or expansion.
- Propose sales strategies based on insights, trends, and client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, technical, procurement) to ensure smooth delivery and service.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions as required.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in sales and business development, preferably in the furniture or project-based B2B sector.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Familiar with international sales approaches or training (a plus).
- Willingness to travel when needed.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
