Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the metal packaging manufacturing industry. Our respected client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow their commercial operations across local and export markets.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's footprint in local and international markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in export markets across Asia and other regions
  • Lead high-level negotiations and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and post-sales support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, trading partners, and agencies involved in export and cross-border sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, R&D, supply chain, and finance to ensure successful order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed on international trade regulations, shipping terms, pricing strategies, and export documentation requirements
  • Monitor global market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and explore new market potential
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team and contribute to developing a high-performance commercial culture
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and strategic export initiatives to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial position, including proven experience managing export sales
  • Solid knowledge of international market development, distributor/channel management, and export compliance
  • Demonstrated success in securing and growing international accounts
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and markets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools and export documentation systems is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required
