This Sales Manager is pivotal in expanding market share by identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet evolving industry needs. Job Responsibilities
Lead business development initiatives to acquire new B2B customers across target industries (automotive, electronics, industrial, consumer goods, etc.)
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue, market share, and brand visibility
Manage the entire sales process - from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
Understand customer requirements and collaborate with engineering and production teams to propose custom injection molding solutions
Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical presentations for prospective clients
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings - both domestically and internationally
Report regularly on sales pipeline, targets, and performance to senior management.
Job Requirements
Extensive years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in plastic injection molding, technical manufacturing, or industrial components
Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing strategic key accounts in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes, materials, and customer applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and business reporting
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel within Thailand and occasionally abroad as required
Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
