Job Summary:
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for Development Management, Development Developers; V2 App Development and Validation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Submit projects status reports to Immediate Superior
- Coordinates, monitors, and measures progress of assigned projects
- Applies KAIZEN for improvement of quality, productivity, and delivery for assigned projects
- Ensures application of DANTOTSU principles for assigned activities and tasks
- Trains and coaches new members to ensure that they meet the standard required of the job
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any IT and Computer related courses
- More than 2 years experience in related field
- Knowledge or experience in Open System
- Preferably can understand Scrum-Development, JIRA, Confluence, File Configuration Management by Gitlab (Git), and Coding rule of Python/JavaScript (Python PEP8)
- Japan Language Proficiency Test Certificate (N4) is an advantage
