Job Summary:
Our respective client is looking for Technical Support Specialists with proficiency in the Mandarin language for the job of Associate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) [Mandarin Speaker].
The Associate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) [Mandarin Speaker] will ensure that all client concerns are well taken care of. The job is in BGC, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines and has an onsite working arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist users with account setup, password resets, and software installations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Document support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with Mandarin-speaking users.
Requirements:
- IT Support Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in an IT support role.
- Familiarity with Windows and Android operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for first-level technical issues.
- Mandarin Language Proficiency:
- Fluent verbal and written communication in Mandarin.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin effectively.
- Cultural competence and understanding of Mandarin-speaking users' needs.
- Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
