Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment consultant firm, is recruiting on behalf of a growing eco-conscious fashion brand based in Bali. As part of its continued growth and expansion of its digital presence, our client is seeking a Social Media Manager to drive social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement across digital platforms. This position will be based in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and publish engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging channels while maintaining strong storytelling and visual consistency with the brand identity.
- Plan and manage monthly cross-platform content calendars to support brand campaigns, launches, and community engagement initiatives.
- Conceptualize, film, and edit short-form content including Reels, TikTok videos, and other platform-native formats with strong attention to aesthetics, mood, and brand tone.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, creator communities, and emerging formats, and translate them into content that aligns with the brand's identity and values.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations including scheduling, posting, and community engagement across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Influencer, and E-Commerce teams to ensure alignment across campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and adapt organic-style content for paid social advertising across platforms such as TikTok and Meta, working with performance marketing teams to optimize results.
- Monitor social media performance, track key KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve content effectiveness and brand engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Creative Industries, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or creative marketing roles.
- Experience working in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand industries; experience with an eco-conscious or sustainable fashion brand will be a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, including trends, formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to create content end-to-end, including filming, editing, caption writing, and storytelling.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a refined sense of aesthetics, mood, and brand tone.
- Passion for sustainability and strong alignment with eco-conscious and purpose-driven brand values.
- Willing to be based in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia.
