Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a shared service of integrated suppliers of offshore operations, well services technology, and engineering solutions in more than 20 countries. Our reputable client is looking for a Sr. HR Systems Administrator who has in-depth knowledge and expertise in the management and administration of HRIS, ERP, and LMS systems. This is an onsite mid-shift work arrangement; the office is located in Makati.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support in the relevant scope deliveries together with the Team Lead to ensure quality and compliance in accordance with company's requirements and objectives.
  • Ensures appropriate communication and feedback with team colleagues through regular collaboration.
  • Monitors and reviews progress and accuracy of work, direct efforts towards achieving agreed performance metrics, and provides technical guidance on complex issues.
  • Support on follow-up in accordance with the work delivery and output, following the policies and processes of the company.
  • Responsible in submission and coordination of status report(s) and/or other required report by the immediate supervisor/management.
  • Work closely with Business Partners/Leaders to ensure messages and deliveries are accurate and effective.
  • Daily administration and maintenance of HR System - Cornerstone, such as but not limited to:
  • Access administration
  • Basic data set up and updates
  • Support Helpdesk Manila in escalated cases
  • Escalate cases to Cornerstone support and follow up on these
  • Perform quality assurance on master data
  • Update master data in accordance with IFS
  • Test and assess quarterly updates in Cornerstone
  • Test and assess any deliveries in case of hotfixes of extraordinary deliveries
  • Stay updated on all modules available in Cornerstone
  • Acquire knowledge about all modules available in Cornerstone and assess the need for these in collaboration with your leader
  • Participate in sessions set up by Cornerstone
  • Stay updated on all system updates quarterly
  • Create guidelines for Helpdesk in Manila and ensure they are always updated on support issues in Cornerstone
  • Assist in developing and maintaining training programs
  • Support implementation of any new modules in Cornerstone
  • Advisory in terms of system knowledge

  • General system preparations
  • Support in the integration of Cornerstone to other HR Systems (i.e IFS).
  • Support in system structure, training and competence processes and systems execution related to other HR Systems
  • Lead the training of new hire, job shadowing of colleagues/teammates related to technical aspect

  • Assist in new hire training and understanding of new member within the team.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.


Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, HRIS Administration/IT any related field
  • At least 5 (five) years of experience with IT systems at the administrator level, in HRIS - ERP systems
  • Has experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in shared services environment is an advantage
  • Has vast knowledge and in-depth experience in administrating, managing, understanding, and executing of ATS, ERP, LMS systems and tools, database functionality maintenance and reporting tools
  • Has willingness and ability to proactively collaborate and communicate with the team and stakeholders
  • Has the ability to work independently, but sees the importance of achieving results through teamwork and collaboration
  • Has the ability to take initiative and has sound judgment, problem-solving and analytical skills within the scope, procedures and guidelines.
