Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the Patient Services department.
 - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standards.
 - Implement strategies to improve the overall patient experience. Supervise and manage a team of patient services staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
 - Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
 - Identify areas for process improvement within the department and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
 - Ensure that the department complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
 - Use data and analytics to assess and improve departmental performance.
 - Manage the budget for the Patient Services department, including cost control and resource allocation.
 - Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
 
Requirements:.
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a healthcare setting.
