Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a world-leading provider of industrial productivity solutions. We are looking for a Logistics / Supply Chain Manager support all CT Business Divisions in logistics & purchasing (supply) of core products, responsible for the warehouse operations, reporting and analysis of logistics costs, deviations, implementation and projection in accordance with the company in order to safeguard the interest of the company. The work will office-based in Binan, Laguna from Mondays-Fridays, 8am-5pm.
Job Summary:
Supply Chain Manager will be responsible of the flow of goods, data, & finances related to a product or service, from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of the product at its destination. Management & control of all supply departmental processes and functions.
Key job responsibilities include:
* Controlling optimum stock level of parts, machine and to optimise serviceability ratio.
* Planning of inventories, propose changes of standard stock for complete machines and spare parts.
* Identify excess stock of machines and spares, and initiate or takes appropriate actions, such as special sales efforts, scrapping or return to respective factory.
* Develops and recommends appropriate instructions and working procedures for administration of the supply functions.
* Ensure the company's stock is properly protected & physical Stock-Take made in strict adherence to instruction.
* Ensure adequate & proper warehousing facilities are available for efficient material handling, storage, &packaging.
* Control quality and orderliness of stock kept in warehouse.
* Ensure all orders received are correctly processed and invoiced.
* Ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods against customer's order.
* Maintain standard cost price records in SAP system.
* Participate in budget plan - inventory stock levels and other departmental expenses.
* Control and verify all invoices related to stock, freight & forwarding and expenses by Supply Department.
* Arrange and optimize the packaging and delivery time of goods to the customer.
* Follow up payment of indent customer account for advance payment.
* Ensures proper documentation of purchases, duty payments, VAT, and other taxes.
* Ensures prompt and accurate reporting of relevant information to management and the sales teams to ensure appropriate decision making.
* Ensure target delivery dates are met so that products are available when needed. Avoid overstocking to preserve working capital and to minimize exposure to pricing movements.
* To produce required reports, data, and analyses as needed.
* Organizes and executes special projects.
* Process the claim for parts and equipment & follow up the compensation.
* Responsible for the return to factory & other product company
Job Requirements
* Diploma holder in Business Administration or related course in business, finance, industrial engineering or supply chain management is relevant to this position.
* At least 3 year's experience in Supply Chain managerial function.
* Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP system is an advantage.
* Excellent managerial and leadership skills
* Broad experience in inventory management
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
