Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in electrical and digital infrastructure solutions. Our esteemed client is seeking a Technical Sales.


Job Summary


The Technical Sales executive will be responsible for account management, lead generation, sales operations, and business development activities. The role requires strong knowledge in data centre solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities


* Manage key accounts and drive new business development initiatives
* Generate leads and execute sales strategies
* Oversee daily sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Provide product knowledge and technical insights to support client needs
* Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities


Key Requirements


* Minimum Diploma in IT, Engineering, or related field
* At least 4 years of experience in technical sales
* Prior experience in data centre products or solutions is preferred
* Proficient in lead generation, key account management, and sales operations
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to travel for outstation assignments
* Must own transport
* Age below 30
* Mandarin fluency preferred
* Female candidates preferred, male considered
* Immediate joiners preferred
* SAP knowledge is an added advantage
