Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Oil & Gas Component Manufacturer Company for the role of Technical Sales Engineer. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with a strong experience in OCTG Products, Geothermal & Oil and Gas market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes sales plans to achieve forecasts and annual sales target in geothermal activity, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Selling the solution and Value proportion, understanding customer pain, understanding the well design and proposing the solution.
  • Identify emerging markets (hunting) and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status that's within the OCTG product line or through our Energy Transition department
  • Build commercial & technical offer to answer customer's tenders. Analyze and clarify the technical points
  • Proposes selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand in its sales area.
  • Gathers client's new product and services requirements, provides specifications to R&D that could lead to development of new products, evaluates their potential and supports during their development
  • Built and drive the promotion plan (webinar; sales calls; etc) of Company capabilities and products in its sales area, and lobby towards end users and stakeholders. These meetings aim to provide technical support and analyze customer needs
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/ government body at Technical dept relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with Business
  • Experience in sales, technical sales, negotiations and customer service.
  • Knowledge of OCTG / Energy market
  • Experience min 5 years as sales engineer from oil & gas or geothermal company
  • Mastering to speak and write English
  • Well understanding in Drilling, Work Over and Well services.
