Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Technical Support Representative who will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all technical aspects during the distribution or projects of Hikvision products;
- Provide products demo, service, maintenance, and upgrades for customers;
- Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed;
- Provide product and solution training for customers and users;
- Responsible for project management and project delivery;
- Other job related to technical issues
Key Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred. Fluent in English.
- At least 2 years' experience in technical support, familiar with security products; CCTV, Biometrics, Access Control, Fdas, and networks configuration and Turnstile.
- Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; customer service skills and awareness.; work well under pressure.
