Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational FMCG company. Our client is looking for a Trade Marketing Officer who will be responsible for supplier engagement and the development of merchandising materials. The role focuses primarily on execution rather than strategy, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring two days in the office per week at BGC, Taguig.
Job Responsibilities:
- Trade Marketing Administrative Support
- Trade Spend Management
- In-charge of creating PR/PO
- Tracking expenses and budgets related to consumer promotions
- Promo Execution Coordination with BBDI and Sales Team on the deployment of marketing collaterals (ie POSMs, Premium Items) Coordination with BBDI Trade Marketing Team on the status of deployment Assisting in preparing closure reports of promotions and activations Reports & Documentation
- Managing and tracking inventory marketing materials, premium items and other collaterals
- Documents management: Capture, track and store documents such as approved promo permits, trade letters (price increase not included) and cost quotations
Key job qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in business course or related field
- With 2-3 years of sales experience or trade marketing experience ideally
- Strong organizational, negotiating, interpersonal analyzation & problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral & written communication skills (English and Filipino)
