Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of HCGA to lead and elevate our human capital, general affairs, and organizational development functions. This role requires a strong foundation in disciplinary processes, training and development, culture-building, and employee growth initiatives. Experience within a private Type A hospital or a similar healthcare environment is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, review, and enhance HR policies, compliance frameworks, and disciplinary processes across the hospital.
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs to develop employee competencies and boost engagement.
- Drive organizational culture initiatives to ensure alignment with the hospital's values, mission, and strategic goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, employee retention, and succession planning strategies to build a sustainable workforce.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, hospital accreditation standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to department heads, providing guidance and solutions for HR-related challenges and initiatives.
- Develop and oversee performance management and career development frameworks to support employee advancement and hospital growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles, preferably within hospital, pharmaceutical, or broader healthcare industries.
- In-depth experience managing disciplinary actions, labor law compliance, and organizational policies.
- Demonstrated ability to present HR case studies and deliver strategic HR recommendations to leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and culturally sensitive leadership style.
