Job summary The Manager, MERL and Data Management will provide strategic leadership for the organization's monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning systems to drive evidence-based decision-making and demonstrate program impact across organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and strengthening MERL frameworks and data processes to ensure accurate capture, analysis, and application of program and external data for improved learning, evaluation, and program performance.
