Digital Sales Manager
Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of the one of the largest distributors of electronic goods. Our respective client is looking for a Digital Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading the team and driving digital sales. It includes performing market research, identifying potential customer groups, and recommending marketing outreach campaigns using digital media. This position requires onsite work reporting from Monday-Saturdays and will be reporting to the Managing Director.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Promote marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues
  • Designs, build and maintain social media presence
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Forecast future sales and performance trends
  • Meet and exceed digital sales revenue goals for the market and for controlling sales expense
  • Develop digital advertising and lead generation proposals that meet advertisers' objectives and budget
  • Identify high-value segments and customers, whose target audience matches our digital product users
  • Manage pipeline and priorities target accounts to maximize sales and ROI
  • Develop sales strategy. Streamline sales process. Test and optimize sales tactics
  • Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors to target needs and drive sales
  • Plans the Live Talk show on E commerce platforms and Facebook
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Apply strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trend and best practices
  • Collaborates with team members and provides guidance to the design and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance the overall online experience of Company and its products
Job Requirements
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in the same role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related course
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, lead and delegate
  • Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Good IT and CRM Knowledge
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Market Knowledge, monitoring, and result tracking

  • Ability to identify and solve client issues successfully
