Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf a leading contributor to the healthcare industry through the exceptional products and services of its subsidiary companies. Our client is seeking for an exceptional Marketing Manager with extensive experiences within the industry. This job is based in Parañaque City with flexible working arrangements.

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns.

Key Job responsibilities include:

  • Formulate brand plan based on strategic consumer and market insights, explore, and evaluate the feasibility and potential market development
  • Develop advertising and promotion activations with execution and tracking excellence
  • Analyse market trends and sales potential; issue monthly proposed forecast with suggested action plans to achieve market share
  • Responsible for driving product marketing strategies consistent with overall business objectives.
  • Achievement of Sales & profitability targets of the division.
  • Develops product marketing strategies within the product line and marketing function.
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Working with outside organizations to support marketing program offerings and bring best demonstrated practices in-house.
  • Working with the Leadership & Commercial Teams to evaluate trends in assigned segments to determine segment penetration opportunities and strategies.
  • Strategize for short term and long-term business planning for sales and marketing assigned territory.
  • Target and KPI setting focused for sales team, individually and as a group.
  • Sustaining and increasing product sales and customer base.
  • Creating business plans, leads, and channels for target market in both private and public healthcare sectors.
  • Create campaigns focused on awareness building, brand and leads generation

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Level/Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
  • Experience: 5-7 years' experience in classical marketing function & product management
