International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of one of the world's leading architectural and engineering consulting firm. Our client is seeking a Senior Architect who has deep comprehension in the Architectural field.
Job Summary:
Reporting to Architectural Manager. The Senior Architect will be able to manage a project from the design process to deliverables for both DD and CD stages
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and project teams; oversee the delegation and assignments of work tasks appropriately as work role requires.
- Design, review and coordinate architectural works as per Client's request throughout the project's stage: Tender Drawings, Concept Design, Basic Design, Detail Design, As-Built Drawings
- Liaise with project managers, clients, sub-contractors, material suppliers to ensure the construction follows approved design and specifications, quality, quantity, progress, budget.
- Coordinate with other project design teams and between different departments/ divisions of the company to get a project/assigned work done
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of related architectural design experience.
- Experienced in leading projects and teams is preferable.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D
- High sense of responsibility
- Good communication in English
