Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of an international leading healthcare company in Bangkok. The company is seeking a Talent Management Specialist based in Thailand. The company has been providing well-known and exclusive health, beauty, and home care products

The position is responsible for leading end-to-end Talent Review processes starting from Top Talent nomination, critical roles and Succession Plan by complying with company guidelines and within timeline, facilitate discussion among talents and line managers to build concrete Individual Development Plan (IDP) and tracking their progress periodically, and co-create personalized development plan for talents with training team to strengthen strengths and improve areas for development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build concrete Succession Plan both Head of Departments level and one level down
  • Work with HRBPs for any issues regarding these talents
  • Lead the company's performance management processes (centre of communication, summarize and feedback process)
  • Oversee the whole employee engagement and Culture survey processes (extract-analyse-visualize-present-propose actions)
  • Oversee the initiatives of Culture activities to embed Amway's Future Growth Mindset (FGM) to all employees
  • Develop and maintain the reports related to Talent Development metrics and other report

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management or similar equivalent fields. Organization Development is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experiences working with leadership team in Organization Development, Training or HRBP roles from FMCG or complex business units
  • Demonstrate proficiency with computer literate and advance Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrated skill in respectful, sensitive communication with people who are diverse in their cultures, languages, and abilitie
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to and ability to work and communicate with top management level to mid-senior level
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, eager to learn, self-motivated and driven as well as an effective team player
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and high service mind
  • Sharp and clear communication skills with problem-solving mindset
  • Conveys Modern HR perspectives
  • Good command in English
