Monroe Consulting is looking out for a Branch Manager for our client, a medical devices distributor. This position will be located in Bandung Area, West Java.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all branch operations, including warehousing, order processing, and delivery logistics.
Ensure effective inventory management, including forecasting, stock replenishment, and minimizing stock discrepancies.
Supervise and coordinate the performance of warehouse staff, admin team, and delivery personnel to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor branch compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support the sales team with timely inventory fulfillment, product availability, and order processing.
Coordinate closely with the central distribution, supply chain, and sales teams to align operational goals with business targets.
Conduct regular branch performance reviews and generate reports for upper management.
Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance productivity and service quality.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client issues or complaints related to delivery or stock.
Assist in local sales activities when needed, including customer visits, sales reporting, and market feedback collection.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a branch manager or operations management, preferably in medical devices, FMCG, or pharmaceutical distribution.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, distribution processes, logistic, sales, and customer service satisfaction.
Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems.
Willing to be based full-time in Bandung and travel occasionally as required.
