Executive Recruitment Company Monroe Consulting Group's Health Division is partnering with a global leading provider of innovative products in the healthcare industry. Our established client is a principal company that brings high-tech innovative optical products to more than 80 countries over the world.

As business growth and expansion continues, our esteemed client is looking for a Business Development Executive to execute delegated sales plans or campaigns to achieve sales targets. In this role, you will need to achieve territory coverage through effective sales visit planning and call frequencies. Identify new sales opportunities in both existing and new customers, build strong relations with key customers for long-term growth.

Job Description:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunity

  • Coordinating business generation activities.

  • Developing customised targeted sales strategies

  • Collaborating with sales managers to secure, retain and grow accounts

  • Visit Planning bi-weekly basis via CRM system.

  • Complete sales call daily via CRM system.

  • Maintaining customer's information via CRM system.

  • Establish productive and professional relationship with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

  • Conducting and schedule customer visits to understand customer's needs and problem solving in a timely manner

  • Creating informative presentations

  • Present and deliver product information to potential customers

  • Understanding customer needs and offering solution and support

  • Answering customer questions and follow-up call questions

  • Responding to customer request for proposal

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 years of sales experience
  • Possess a proven track record of sales, market development and able to maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills are helpful for connecting with customer
  • Strong team player
  • Time management, prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure for meeting sales target.
  • Willingness to travel across Malaysia
